One of the leading products of VLV is represented by the engineering and construction of plants “turnkey” mounted on Skid. The packages are designed and manufactured in compliance with customer specifications, ensuring maximum results in terms of construction quality, efficiency and safety.
The manufacturing and assembly activities are carried out by qualified and experienced personnel, in compliance with the highest standards required by applications in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical sectors.
All our products are at the end accompanied by the ‘Databook’, containing all certificates of the materials of the tests carried out and are certified in accordance with international or domestic standards required by the place of installation.
The engineering of these plants consists of the following phases:
Development of process and electro-instrumental engineering
3D modelling of the plant
Safety, functionality and reliability analysis
Structural analysis and piping stress analysis
Development of details engineering of equipment, piping and structures
Preparation of the documentation of electro-instrumental detail, including development of control logics, and eventually the design and fabrication of control panels and softwares
